Control in connection with scooter theft

Recently the Caribbean Netherlands Police Force (KPCN) received several complaints in connection with scooter theft. For this reason on Monday, June 5, police patrols searched several scooters and made an arrest related to indications of cover-up and for violation of the BES Identification Act. It involved a 17-year-old L.J.P.G. driver who was riding a likely stolen scooter. Furthermore, he was given a procedural license to drive without a license and without valid insurance. In the coming season, the police will continue to conduct these types of checks.
