Several unions in Aruba have expressed their dissatisfaction after Parliament failed to respond to repeated requests for a meeting concerning the Kingdom Law HOFA, the law governing financial supervision. According to union representatives, they have so far sent two formal letters to the Parliament of Aruba expressing their concerns and disagreement with the HOFA law. However, as of today, Parliament has not provided any reply or invitation for dialogue.
