A.T.A. Recognizes Outstanding Employees of 2025 Winners of the Standing Ovation Awards Announced

On Friday, March 27, during its seventeenth edition, Aruba Tourism Authority (A.T.A.) recognized employees who excelled in 2025 through the Standing Ovation Awards program, as part of their Team Building event. The Standing Ovation program, implemented since 2019, focuses on recognizing the effort, collaboration, contributions, and dedication of A.T.A. employees.

The theme of this year’s Team Building event was “Break Through.” Team-building exercises play an important role in strengthening trust and communication among colleagues and contribute to stronger collaboration within teams.

About the Standing Ovation Program

The Standing Ovation program is based on colleagues giving each other “High Fives” according to the four core values of A.T.A.: compassion, curiosity, courage, and heart. Through this system, employees recognize actions that inspire, promote collaboration, and contribute to a positive work culture. The program provides all employees with the same opportunity to be directly recognized by their peers, regardless of role or location.

Since 2024, A.T.A. has expanded the program to include its international offices, allowing employees at the Headquarters (HQ) and various market offices to exchange High Fives. International winners are invited to participate in the annual Team Building & Recognition event, where they have the opportunity to collaborate, exchange experiences, and work together with colleagues from other offices. Winners also receive the possibility to work remotely from any A.T.A. office, enabling closer collaboration with colleagues and strengthening global teamwork.

Standing Ovation Awards 2025 Winners

A.T.A. CEO, Ronella Croes, congratulated the program winners, and the HR department presented well-deserved awards. The winners of the two international editions of the Standing Ovation Awards were announced internally a few weeks ago: Tiahna Croes, winner from the Europe office; Dalila Santiago, winner from the North America office; and Johana Santiago Infante, winner from the Latin America office.

In 2025, a total of 682 High Fives were recorded—a new record for A.T.A. For this seventeenth edition of the Standing Ovation at HQ, the three employees who received the most High Fives in 2025 were recognized:

  1. Third place: Susana Dangel – Jr. Product Specialist
  2. Second place: Erika Hincapie Patiño – Branding & Niche Specialist
  3. First place (absolute winner): Josette Croes – Marketing Executive

A.T.A. thanks all colleagues for their continuous effort, dedication, and contributions during 2025 and congratulates all winners of the Standing Ovation Awards 2025
