Aruba Police Force (KPA), together with the Public Prosecutor’s Office, has launched an official search for a young man suspected of homicide, in connection with the shooting that took place this week in the visitor area of The Village.
The detective department is looking for the suspect Li-Angelo Robert Rayshen Carmona Alcantara, better known by the alias “Kuki”. The suspect was born in Aruba on October 26, 2007 (he is 18 years old).
Connection to the fatal shooting case
According to official data, this search is directly framed within the investigation of the shooting that occurred in the early morning hours of Sunday, May 24, 2026, in the parking lot of the well-known entertainment center The Village. The Public Prosecutor’s Office has confirmed that the formal charge this young man faces is suspicion of homicide.
