The Aruba Tourism Authority (A.T.A.) announces that applications to participate in the third edition of the Autentico Aruba Culinary Festival are officially open. After two successful editions, Autentico returns to celebrate the richness of our culinary heritage and the cultural diversity that makes Aruba unique. The festival will officially kick off on October 3, with its main event, ‘The Pavilion’, taking place on October 10 and 11, 2026.
Influenced by more than 100 nationalities, Aruba’s cuisine represents tradition, creativity, and community, and Autentico brings all of this together in a shared culinary experience. Vendor participation is an essential element of Autentico, bringing flavor, creativity, and authenticity to every dish. For this reason, Autentico invites food, beverage, and dessert vendors to apply for the opportunity to be part of the festival.

Autentico Aruba Culinary Festival Opent Aanmeldingen voor Deelname aan Derde Editie
De Aruba Tourism Authority (A.T.A.) maakt bekend dat de aanmeldingen voor deelname aan de derde editie van het Autentico Aruba Culinary Festival officieel zijn geopend. Na twee succesvolle edities keert Autentico terug om de rijkdom van ons culinaire erfgoed en de culturele diversiteit die Aruba uniek maakt te vieren. Het festival gaat officieel van start op 3 oktober, met het hoofdevenement ‘The Pavilion’ op 10 en 11 oktober 2026.
Beïnvloed door meer dan 100 nationaliteiten, vertegenwoordigt de Arubaanse keuken traditie, creativiteit en gemeenschap, en Autentico brengt dit alles samen in een gedeelde culinaire ervaring. De deelname van standhouders (vendors) is een essentieel element van Autentico en brengt smaak, creativiteit en authenticiteit in elk gerecht.
