International psychologist creates innovative protocol for neurological reprogramming

Mitsy Williams

Mitsy Williams, a psychologist of international renown, is developing an innovative therapy protocol aimed at the neurological reprogramming of the cerebral system. The project, titled “Set Mind X,” has shown positive results in various individuals and is in the process of gaining international recognition from psychologists around the world.

The protocol is based on a therapy system with a structure that lasts between three and five years. According to Williams, the main focus is the neurological reprogramming of the brain system. “The neurological part and the neuroplasticity of the brain give us the capacity to reach a point where we can reprogram our system,” the psychologist explains.

The therapy is designed to be accessible to people of all ages. Williams highlighted that even people aged 80 and over can benefit from the program. “It is possible if you have the attitude and the aptitude to learn,” she says. “We see people playing the piano, exercising, and not falling into a sedentary lifestyle.”

One of the most promising aspects of “Set Mind X” is its ability to assist in the recovery process for people who have suffered a stroke. Williams pointed out that the therapy allows them to maintain their recovery capacity due to the “reserve” of neuroplasticity they have.

Williams emphasizes that they already have “plenty of testimonies” and want to seek a variety of cultures in their research so the protocol can gain further international validation. “I want to seek not only Aruban culture, but different types of cultures so that the research is more validated and this protocol can reach higher levels,” she concludes.

The psychologist hopes that this protocol, which combines different techniques and approaches, can open a “Pandora’s Box” of possibilities for the mental health of thousands of people.
