A special milestone for Edsel Cecilia, who celebrated his 20th anniversary at the Public Entity Bonaire. In the presence of his family, colleagues, and friends, people paused to reflect on two decades of commitment, involvement, and dedication to the organization and the community of Bonaire.
During the gathering, interim director Gino Leito and Karinka Wijnhoven addressed Edsel with beautiful words of appreciation. They highlighted his long-standing commitment, his professionalism, and the valuable contribution he has made to the Public Entity Bonaire over the past twenty years.
Alongside his career as a public employee, Edsel also served in an executive role. From August 2017 to August 2019, over a period of 20 months, he served as commissioner for the social sector of Bonaire. In this function as well, he worked hard with great dedication for the development of Bonaire and the well-being of Bonaire’s residents.
The Public Entity Bonaire cordially congratulates Edsel on this special milestone and thanks him for his dedication and involvement over all these years, both as an employee and during his tenure as commissioner. We wish Edsel many more pleasant, healthy, and successful years within our organization.
