The two-day Leadership & Management workshop, organized at the Centro di Bario Noord, was a resounding success. During two intensive days of learning and inspiration, participants from different sectors of the community had the opportunity to develop their leadership, management, and teamwork skills, all in a positive and motivating environment.
The workshop was led by RS Cube Solutions and Mr. Richenel Stamper, a professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership, personal development, and talent management. Mr. Stamper shared practical knowledge and theories relevant to Aruba’s context, helping participants gain a better understanding of how to lead effectively and motivate others to achieve success.
The two-day program combined presentations, discussions, and group dynamics, allowing participants to learn both theoretically and through practical experience. Key topics included effective communication, conflict management, decision-making, leadership responsibility, and group motivation. According to many of the participants, the workshop gave them a fresh perspective on purposeful leadership and how to maintain a healthy and productive work environment.
The activity was made even more special because it was conducted in Papiamento, the mother tongue of the community, which facilitated understanding and participation for everyone. “It is a pleasure to be able to learn and share knowledge in our own language. In this way, we continue to strengthen the value of Papiamento in professional environments,” remarked one of the participants.
At the end of the two days, all participants received their certificate of participation, a recognition of their dedication and effort throughout the workshop. The Centro di Bario Noord expressed its joy and pride in the group of participants who showed great interest in professional development and personal growth.
