In an atmosphere of jubilation and gratitude, the Aruban People’s Party (PPA) announced that the reconstruction project of its Patriotic Center in San Nicolas has reached its highest point (topping-out stage). PPA Faction Leader, Mr. Eduard Pieters, expressed deep gratitude to the people of Aruba and to everyone who contributed to transforming what was once a ruin into a functional center to serve the citizens of Aruba.
Mr. Pieters emphasized that the Patriotic Center will not only serve San Nicolas, but the community of Aruba as a whole. This year, the center will be fully operational to provide direct assistance to citizens with digital and administrative processes that often pose an obstacle:
- Step-by-step assistance for individuals who need to process official permits.
- Digital support for our senior citizens to fulfill their tax obligations (aangiftebiljet), ensuring they receive the necessary help in the digital age.
- Equipment to facilitate the advisory and guidance process.
“This center is for all of Aruba. We are going to sit down and help the people step by step, ensuring that our senior citizens are not forgotten and can complete their paperwork correctly,” declared Mr. Eduard Pieters.
Fundraising: Charitable Raffle for the People
Despite the great progress, work on the center continues. For this reason, PPA has organized a Raffle that will take place on October 30th (according to the Diario draw), designed with prizes specifically chosen to ease the cost of living for families in Aruba:

These prizes were carefully selected out of concern over the rising cost of living, including the projected increase in gasoline prices. The party invites the community and its supporters to contribute by purchasing raffle books to help continue the construction work.
Meanwhile, PPA assures that it is bringing together potential candidates of high credibility and strong preparation to form the patriotic slate that will represent the people in the next administration. The goal is to apply the same model of work, dedication, and reconstruction demonstrated at the party headquarters directly to the future of Aruba.
