The Aruba Tourism Authority (A.T.A.) officially announces the third edition of the Autentico Aruba Culinary Festival, which will kick off on October 3. The main festival event, “The Pavilion,” will officially take place on October 10 and 11. Following two successful editions, Autentico returns as a festival that celebrates the richness of our culinary heritage and the cultural diversity that shapes and makes Aruba unique.
The Autentico Aruba Culinary Festival was created to honor our island’s culinary culture as an expression of identity. Aruba’s cuisine is influenced by more than 100 nationalities, and each dish represents a story of tradition, creativity, and community. From family recipes passed down from generation to generation to the innovative creations of up-and-coming chefs, Autentico brings it all together into a shared culinary experience.
More than just a food festival, Autentico is a platform for connection. It brings together local chefs, international culinary talent, culinary students, restaurants, the community, and visitors to celebrate what makes Aruba’s gastronomic scene so unique. Through food, the festival showcases how culture, history, and innovation come together, while strengthening Aruba’s position as a destination that offers authentic experiences.
The third edition of Autentico will once again focus on a variety of events, such as “Bucket List Experiences,” “Restaurant Week,” and “The Pavilion” — the vibrant culinary centerpiece — inviting locals and visitors alike to enjoy the flavors, diversity, and creativity that define Aruba.
