Strenght for the family: Prayers has all power

To experience the power of prayer, we must pray. It is impossible to experience God in our lives if we do not pray. In the times we live in, you can see when a person lacks prayer in their life, because they constantly speak doubt and do not stand in faith to see what God has for their life.

Many worries fill people’s lives when they do not pray. But they gamble with the Word of God, speaking a lot yet not praying. Because everyone must pray to God in order to have communication with Him.

Prayer is something very personal and very profound, and our prayer life must be something serious. We must not allow anything or anyone to interfere in our prayer life, because that is our pure and true communication with God.

When we pray with faith, without doubt, we communicate with God. And God answers all who call upon His name. God is never late, and He does not forget. God’s timing is perfect.

Prayer has power—for healing, for deliverance, to break all demonic chains, to free people from addiction, from the depths of darkness, from the cradle of perversion and immorality. Prayer done in the name of Jesus Christ penetrates where medicine cannot reach and where therapy gives no result.

God’s Word does not lie. In Philippians 4:6–7 it says: Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

When we bow our knees before God, we show obedience, faith, and recognition that God is the only one who can help us. We recognize that God is sovereign in all things, and that heaven and earth may pass away, but God’s Word will not pass. God is almighty, and there is nothing and no one comparable to Him.

There is no form of witchcraft or curse that can overcome the power of God. No matter what people say or do against your life, prayer in the name of Jesus Christ, done with faith, can tear down walls, break chains, and bring freedom into every person’s life.

Therefore: Confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of a righteous person has great power. (James 5:16).

Pray without ceasing, be thankful in everything, for this is the will of God for you in Christ Jesus. (1 Thessalonians 5:16–18).

Therefore I tell you: Whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. (Mark 11:24).

And whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive. (Matthew 21:22).

The Lord is far from the wicked, but He hears the prayer of the righteous. (Proverbs 15:29).

Keep watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. (Matthew 26:41).

It is our duty to increase prayer on this island, especially in these difficult times we are living in, as God’s Word says in 2 Timothy 3:1–5. What more proof do we need when we see how people’s character changes and how immorality seeks to dominate?
