Prime Minister Mike Eman stated that when the previous government signed the Governance Agreement, there was no consultation whatsoever with unions or with the people of Aruba.
He also noted that there was no formal decision by the Council of Ministers collectively authorizing the agreement.
Eman criticized the fact that such an important agreement, with major implications for Aruba, was signed without transparency or public participation.
