Ministry of TEATT Expresses Gratitude Following the Success of the Second Annual Edition of Twilight in Town
The Minister of Tourism, Economic Affairs, Transport and Telecommunication (TEATT), the Honorable Grisha Heyliger-Marten, extends her sincere thanks to everyone who came out last night to support and enjoy the second annual edition of the Twilight in Town event.
Last night’s event proved to be a sweet and family-friendly experience, bringing together residents, visitors, families, and friends to celebrate the festive season in the heart of Philipsburg. Participants enjoyed free giveaways, Santa’s presence for children, live entertainment, and a vibrant array of vendors. The large turnout and enthusiasm were evident, with several vendors selling out their products during the event.
The Minister expressed her appreciation to all participating vendors. The presence of tourists alongside the local community was especially welcomed, highlighting the importance of creating inclusive, culturally rich experiences that are appealing to both residents and visitors.
As the island continues to be illuminated for the festive season through various roundabout decorations as part of a government initiative, the Minister of TEATT also expressed the following message:
“We extend warm seasonal greetings to everyone. Let us not forget to put God first above all things, as this is His day of birth, and without Him, this season would not be possible. Wishing everyone a safe festive period filled with joy and peace.”
