The recent Aruba Timeshare Association members’ meeting hosted two very important government entities DIP & KPA, the Department of Infrastructure and Planning and the Police.
Both DIP & KPA representative spoke at length about the ROVP, Spatial Development and Planning Regulation, and the Beach Policy as it relates to the hotels and the watersport operations around the island’s popular beaches.
The meeting included a delicious lunch prepared by the culinary team of La Cabana Beach Resort & Casino, served at the resort’s ballroom, by the ever-efficient staffers of the Food & Beverage department.
The informational session on current regulations has significant relevance, for all stakeholders, aiming to deliver a first-class beach experience to visitors, and locals, safeguarding equal access to everyone, in our community.
The invitation to the meeting was also extended to Security Directors and Managers at the timeshare resorts.
The session provided valuable insights into the latest regulations and offered an opportunity for attendees to engage in a Q&A discussion. Questions were sent in in advance and answered at length by the officials.
