Colegio San Augustin Celebrated Cultural Night at Centro di Bario Brazil

Students, parents and community members recently gathered at Centro di Bario Brazil to participate in the cultural night organized by Colegio San Augustin. The event focused on promoting culture, talent and the participation of the school’s children.

According to Jeffrey Kelly, director of Colegio San Augustin, the cultural night is a tradition the school has maintained since the 2008–2009 school year. During the evening, the public was able to enjoy different cultural activities including food sales, musical performances, poetry recitations and theater pieces prepared by the students.

Kelly indicated that the main goal of the event is to stimulate creativity among the children while also creating a space where the community can come together to celebrate culture and local talent.

“The cultural night is an opportunity for our children to show their talents and for the community to be part of the school’s educational experience,” the director commented.

The Event Is Growing Every Year, Director Kelly explained that the cultural night began on a smaller scale in 2008, but over the years the event has continued to grow. Community interest and student participation have helped expand the activity to the point that today it can be held at a larger location such as Centro di Bario Brazil.

The growth of the event shows Colegio San Augustin’s commitment to continue promoting culture, artistic expression and unity within the school community, as Director of Colegio San Augustin Jeffrey Kelly made known.
