For individuals interested in securing a Christmas Vending Booth for the 2025 holiday season, similar to what we do for Carnival, but this time, and for the first time, with a Christmas feel, please find the Publication with the criteria and requirements, along with an application form attached.

The booths will be limited to the stretch between Ketty’s Kitchen and Jimmy The Original Fat Boy on the Walter Nisbeth Rd. as part of a Christmas pilot program. Based on the outcome and public engagement, the Ministry will evaluate expansion for 2026 and beyond.

To create a cohesive holiday feel:
– Vendors must decorate booths in a Christmas theme
– Color scheme: Red, White, and Green
– Vendors are encouraged to focus on Christmas-themed food, beverages, crafts, and products

Application details:
– Location: Public Service Center at the Economic Lisc Counter
– Time: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM, Monday–Friday
– Deadline: November 26, 2025 at 12:00 PM (1 week to submit, only 10 spots available)

Followed by a Confirmation Meeting:
– November 28, 2025.
– Dates for vending will be from December 15th, 2025 – December 5th, 2026.

Only fully completed applications with all required documentation will be accepted —
no exceptions. Apply here: https://ow.ly/5UCr50Xw6Hf
