MEP faction leader Evelyn Wever-Croes states that at this moment they are evaluating the possibility of submitting a complaint concerning a violation of Aruba’s Constitution. This is a serious matter, because when a Member of Parliament raises their hand and is sworn in to act according to the Constitution, they must comply with it. If they then violate the same Constitution they swore before the Governor to uphold, this can have consequences.
