ACE Foundation is launching for the second time the project CAREER: ANOTHER LEVEL, which will begin in February 2026. During the period from February through April 2026, five singers, one producer, and one technician will receive the opportunity to develop their musical talent and work toward a professional career. This will be done with a focus on the entertainment sector for resorts and hotels.
The program is a continuation of the first edition, From Passion to Profession, in which three young artists received intensive guidance from audition through to the final concert. Based on the positive results, ACE Foundation decided to expand the initiative and offer a broader trajectory.
The program includes individual coaching, workshops, and practical experience — all under the guidance of local and regional professionals such as Nathan Senchi, Clay Davelaar, Ito Martis, Shaylesh Sewtahalsingh, and Luis Moka.
Participants will receive training in technical skills, stage performance, and business skills such as marketing and social media management. The minimum age for participation is 18 years.
