Self-reflection,
They also practiced storytelling and values through a group exercise of four.

This workshop was held at the Department of Economic Affairs and had a total of 15 participants. IDEA is extremely pleased with the content of the workshop as well as the tremendous participation and interaction during the exercises. The content was definitely something different and interesting to create a good understanding of what Teambuilding entails. A topic that was widely discussed during the workshop was the practice of micromanagement and its consequences.

IDEA’s events are dedicated to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and all those who wish to start a business and who want to educate themselves on various topics to carry out their business activities.

Thank you to all participants and a special thank you to the presenter. Hoen-Daly shared her experience with everyone present during this workshop.
