The Directorate of Supervision and Enforcement recently organized a five-day basic training for 34 inspectors. The training was designed to strengthen their practical skills, personal development, and professional resilience.
“With this training, we are investing in our people and in the quality of our supervision,” says the Directorate of Supervision and Enforcement. “Our inspectors work daily in situations that can be complex and challenging. That is why strong communication skills, knowledge of the regulations, and solid resilience are essential.”
During the training, participants learned how to communicate effectively, work safely, and better manage difficult situations. They also practiced conversation techniques, teamwork, and reflecting on their own actions.
The basic training is part of the Directorate’s policy to further improve the quality of supervision and enforcement. By investing in knowledge and skills, the organization ensures that inspectors can carry out their duties carefully, safely, and professionally in service of the community.
