Jonathan Wever successfully completes the MEMOS program in Lausanne, Switzerland

Submission and presentation of the final project within the framework of contributing to sports management

After a year of working on his project and attending various in-person modules taught by professionals in the field of sports management, Jonathan Wever has successfully completed the MEMOS (Executive Masters in Sport Organisation Management) program, 10th Spanish edition.

To complete the program, he wrote a
thesis in Spanish titled:
“Fortaleciendo el Deporte de Aruba: Una Plantilla Estratégica para Federaciones Nacionales”
(Strengthening Sports in Aruba: A Strategic Framework for National Federations).

After submitting his thesis, he presented the project before an academic jury, where he received the positive news that he passed. He later presented the project before all participants, professors, and members of Olympic Solidarity at the Olympic Museum located at the headquarters of the International Olympic Committee in Lausanne, Switzerland.

In the presence of the other participants and professors, the final certificate was awarded by tutor Manolo Pastrana of the Spanish Olympic Committee (COE), together with Pere Miró and the Olympic Solidarity team.

The Aruban Olympic Committee (COA) congratulates Jonathan on this achievement, which will undoubtedly be put into practice to contribute to the development and improvement of sports in Aruba.
