Security stopped him and informed him that he was not allowed to wear it. Moscovicz then entered the courtroom with his gown undone, which is considered a lack of respect for the Court. The Prosecutor questioned this behavior, and the Judge, after speaking with Moscovicz, informed him that he could not wear the gown and that the Joint Court of Justice (Hof) had ruled that he is not permitted to practice as an attorney.
