A tense moment occurred when a tree planted many years ago at the end of the main street suddenly fell over. The incident happened right as a vehicle was passing by, leaving it with significant material damage to its windshield.
Although the impact could have ended in tragedy, thankfully no one was injured, though the scare for the driver was considerable.

Police arrived to regulate traffic and manage the situation, allowing the fire department to start sawing the tree into pieces to remove it from the road and reopen traffic. Representatives from DOW (Department of Public Works) were also present to assess the situation regarding the fallen tree.
