Exhibition of the Workshop “Black & White: The Impact of Contrast” Extended for One More Month

Exposicion

The exhibition resulting from the Atelier’s 89 workshop “Black & White: The Impact of Contrast” will remain open for an additional month at the National Library of Aruba. Initially, the exhibition was scheduled to run during the month of January, but due to strong public interest and a positive reception, it was decided to extend the exhibition period.

According to Alexis Tromp, visual artist at the National Library, the number of visitors who came to admire the exhibition exceeded initial expectations, which led to the decision to keep the exhibition open throughout the month of February as well.

The exhibition features black-and-white photographic works created by the workshop participants, with a strong focus on contrast and visual expression. The public still has the opportunity to appreciate the high level of creativity and the artistic message behind each piece.

Additionally, Tromp indicated that young people interested in entering the visual arts world and seeking guidance are welcome to contact him directly for professional advice and mentoring by calling 562-3139.

The exhibition is open to the general public during the National Library’s regular opening hours.
