With deep sorrow, the Board and staff of Centro di Bario Noord (CBN) announce their mourning for the passing of Mrs. Dora Croes Tromp, who passed away yesterday at the age of 79, leaving a legacy of affection, commitment, and community service that will remain engraved in the memory of many.

Mrs. Dora was an extremely active person dedicated to community work, as well as the mother-in-law of our Program Leader, Mrs. Ligia Roza Croes. We express our deepest condolences to Mrs. Ligia Roza, her family, and all of Mrs. Dora’s loved ones, wishing them much strength, comfort, and serenity during these difficult days.

For many years, she offered her time, energy, and experience to Centro di Bario Noord, always willing to help wherever needed. Her constant presence and enthusiasm to serve the community made her a deeply appreciated person by the Board, the staff, and the various community members who knew her and shared moments with her.

For CBN, Mrs. Dora was not simply a collaborator. She was someone who formed part of the very essence of community work. With her positive attitude, always present with her beautiful smile and sincere desire to help others, she contributed to various tasks and activities at Centro di Bario Noord. Her dedication was a reflection of her deep love for the community and her conviction that every person can make a difference.

Her passing is a painful loss for her family, friends, and all those who shared moments with her. Especially for the Board and staff of CBN, saying goodbye to Mrs. Dora is an emotional moment, because for so long she was part of the group of people who contributed to the benefit of the Noord community.

A person’s legacy lies not only in what they did, but also in the way they touched the lives of others. Mrs. Dora left behind the memory of someone willing to lend a hand, interested in the well-being of her community, and who contributed with affection to the work of Centro di Bario Noord.

The Board and staff of CBN honor her memory with gratitude and respect. We thank her for all the years of service, dedication, and friendship that Mrs. Dora shared with us. Her presence and smile will be missed, but her contribution and the fond memories she left behind will continue to live in the heart of our community.
