Based on the priorities identified, work has begun on a strategic plan, which is a step the Aruba Olympic Committee (COA) certainly views as important and valuable for the development of the sport. Together with the COA’s development department, they will work on this plan to provide the necessary content to ensure positive and lasting development.

The COA applauds the federation’s initiative, as it considers the long-term well-being of basketball, and will work on a plan to make this happen. As is customary, the COA will provide support through various courses, such as the “Capacity Building Training,” and through frequent meetings to work on the plan together.
