Curaçao campaign “I AM PREPARED” provides information and awareness to prepare its people

Bo Ta Prepara

“I AM PREPARED – and are you?” Curaçao has launched its public awareness campaign to encourage the population to prepare for any calamity. Global developments require all of us to be prepared for any crisis or disaster. Good preparation is essential so that when a situation escalates, we can remain calm.

In this video, the campaign explains in three steps how you and your loved ones can prepare. However, in Aruba, no public awareness campaign has yet been seen to help prepare the population. There are various internal meetings and consultations with the government indicating that crisis management organizations (CMO) are preparing, but the population itself must also be made aware of how to prepare.

Is Curaçao perhaps a few steps ahead of Aruba when it comes to public awareness?
