Today, Monday, August 17, 2026, the Fundacion Cas Pa Comunidad Arubano (FCCA) officially launched its new campaign titled “Yabi di Bo Man”. The online platform opened to the public at 9:00 AM today, marking an important step for many citizens who dream of becoming homeowners.
With this campaign, the FCCA is conducting an informational tour to raise community awareness and help citizens prepare all the necessary documentation before uploading it to the system. The main goal is to guide interested parties step-by-step through the application process.
To qualify for financing and properly manage the mortgage, applicants must meet certain established conditions:
• Complete Documentation: All important financial and personal documents must be ready.
• Mandatory Screening: All candidates will go through a screening process that is part of the standard procedure for mortgage approval.
• Residency Criteria: The mortgage is exclusively for residents of Aruba who are registered in the country and have lived on the island for a period of 10 years or more.
This initiative stems from the FCCA’s continuous commitment to serve as a possible solution to the housing challenges many citizens face. In this way, the foundation seeks to open doors so that more Aruban families can achieve a home of their own.
Incoming requests will be evaluated strictly in order of arrival (first come, first served), where it will be verified whether the person financially qualifies to responsibly carry the mortgage loan.
Interested parties can visit the FCCA’s digital platforms to begin their registration right now.
