God’s will is that in every marriage, a man belongs to one woman and a woman belongs to one man. Faithful people. Nowadays, many do not respect this and invent many stories to live in sin and immorality (1 Thessalonians 4:3-5). Many people want to decide what they do with their lives, and many forget that life is not theirs. We are all alive because God wills it, and God has the final word in our lives (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).
God’s word says in Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Every time we step out of God’s will, we fall into disobedience, and everyone knows that disobedience to God is sin. God calls us to live in obedience.
If a person loves you, they cannot lead you away from God’s path, nor cause you to go against God’s will. That is a point to identify true love and separate yourself from manipulators and narcissists. If a person loves you, they cannot ask you for any proof of love that leads to immorality. If a person loves you, they will serve God with you, because God is your priority. If a person loves you, they will persevere in prayer with you, because they know it is for your own good. If a person loves you, they will encourage you to serve and attend to the calling of God on your life. If a person loves you, they will encourage you to work out your salvation with fear and trembling.
As soon as someone wants more attention for themselves than you have for God, be careful, because arrogance is present. As soon as someone tries to dominate your spiritual life and constantly comes up with excuses of tiredness, excuses about this or that, and thus causes delays in your prayer life, start rebuking the matter and lift up your prayer life, because when the devil cannot reach you, he uses someone close to you.
If when you were single you longed for the presence of God and now that you are married you have grown cold, please examine your life. Money cannot replace God; do not run after money and forget about God, because imagine if one day God forgot about you—where would you stand?
In Luke 22:42, Jesus says the following: Father, if it is Your will, take this cup away from Me; nevertheless not My will, but Yours, be done. Romans 12:2 warns us: And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
God’s will is for all children to respect their parents, to honor their father and mother, and for parents to set a good example at home, raising children in the word of God, teaching them how to turn away from idolatry, because only Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life; no one can come to the Father except through Him.
Jeremiah 10:23 is written: O Lord, I know the way of man is not in himself; it is not in man who walks to direct his own steps. Surrender completely to God, and let Christ Jesus direct our steps.
