Let Us Keep Our Christmas Beautiful And Joyful

From the Gospels according to Matthew, Luke, and John, we receive the best news of the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, a message that changed the direction of the entire world by announcing that our Savior was born.

From the announcement to Mary until the moment of Jesus’ birth, only good news was shared—news of obedience, humility, respect, and total surrender to the will of God.

There is no better news the world could receive, because the joy that this birth brought was supernatural: a great miracle, but also a powerful demonstration of God’s power.

That is why it is now the duty of all of us to keep our Christmas beautiful and joyful, because this inheritance is for now and forever. There is no greater event in the world than the birth of our King and Savior.

Let each person contribute their grain of love in their homes and families, because with the coming of Jesus, love arrived. Let us share with one another so that there may be bread in abundance on every table and peace in every heart.

Each day we become more convinced of what is written in John 10:10: “The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy. I have come so that they may have life, and have it in abundance.”

This is the true Light that gives light to everyone who comes into the world (John 1:9).

The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said: “Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. This is the One of whom I said: After me comes a man who ranks before me, because He existed before me.” (John 1:29–31)

This is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.

As written in Isaiah 7:14: “Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign: Behold, a virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call His name Immanuel.”

Isaiah 9:6 says: “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given, and the government shall be upon His shoulder. And His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”

All of this is written to identify who would be born, whose Son He is, and what He would come to do for us.

Today we see beautiful decorations and lights that commercially seek to represent the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. But His birth was identified as a night of peace and a night of love. Therefore, we too must keep peace in our hearts and true joy, because that is the reason He was born for us.

Everyone must now be aware that Christmas is not alcohol or wild partying. Everything can be celebrated decently and in order, not with drunkenness nor violence, but with peace and love in every home—because that is what the birth of Christ Jesus brought.

Mary and Joseph were greatly used by the Lord, because through them our Savior was cared for until the moment He gave His life on the cross for our salvation.

God’s protocol is not like that of humans, because for God nothing is impossible.

He is our God.
