Corendon is celebrating its 25th anniversary, and as tradition goes, a birthday calls for treats. That’s why the travel organization is delivering 10,000 bouquets of flowers to loyal customers and partners, in the Netherlands, Belgium, Curaçao and Bonaire.
These flowers – in Corendon’s signature colors of red, yellow, and white – come in a special vase: a spectacular design by tattoo legend Henk Schiffmacher. He created this collector’s item especially for this milestone.
The vase symbolizes adventure and connection, with a design inspired by traditional sailor tattoos. Faith, hope, and love are central themes, representing freedom and the longing for new horizons. “What do you put on a vase? There are so many options. That’s why I stayed close to the source: the traveler, the adventurer,” says designer Henk Schiffmacher. He deliberately chose the classic old-school style, where tattoos are not just an art form but also a reflection of individuality and a spirit of exploration.
