On Thursday evening, November 6th, the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) held a business mixer at Rum Reef in San Nicolas to bring together start-ups, established entrepreneurs, and professionals for an evening of networking, connection, and collaboration.
The networking event provided an opportunity for new entrepreneurs to exchange ideas, information, and potential partnership opportunities with established business owners from various sectors, while also exploring ways to further encourage and strengthen Aruba’s business community.
The goal of the KvK with this business mixer was to help start-ups expand their networks and build meaningful relationships and connections with those who already have experience in the challenges of establishing and managing a business.
Attendees enjoyed a pleasant atmosphere with a beautiful view over the San Nicolas area. The chairman of the board, Mr. Diederik Kemmerling, shared a few words highlighting the importance of networking and connecting with others in the business world. He was followed by Frits de Palm, who shared his experience of turning an idea into a successful business and offered valuable tips on important aspects to consider.
The KvK expressed its gratitude to everyone who attended and contributed to a positive evening, as well as to the Rum Reef team for their hospitality.
The Chamber of Commerce will continue organizing similar networking events, providing more entrepreneurs with the opportunity to participate, in line with its mission to support the growth and success of local businesses.
