Your faith, hope, and labor in the lord are not in vain

Fe Na Dios

Wait, hope, and delight yourself in the Lord, for great and good things are on the way for you. Let no one discourage you while you wait on the Lord, for those who hope in the Lord will have renewed strength.

If you believe that the Lord can do it for you, that is enough; do not discuss it with anyone, keep your eyes on the Lord because nothing is impossible for God. Everything is possible for the one who believes. Do not faint, do not throw in the towel, do not give up, but continue to persevere. Continue to demonstrate your faith; do not murmur, continue to give thanks, for therein your trust in God is shown and your maturity is manifested.

How many people start something, only to grow cold and discouraged later because of the words of others? How many forget what God did for them yesterday, and today demonstrate a lack of faith instead of rising up? The same God of yesterday is the God of today; God has not changed, for His mercy is eternal and His love has no end.

Hebrews 11:6 says: “Without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.” Doubt does not come from God. Asking God for something and doubting you will receive it is a waste of time, because if you do not believe, you cannot receive anything. God cannot use people who doubt, for they are double-minded (James 1:8).

Jesus said clearly in Matthew 21:22: “Whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.” When we have that guarantee from God, we cannot let anyone confuse us; we must stand firm and believe, and we will see our victory in Christ Jesus. Only in this way will we overcome; this is how we can walk and give testimony to our children, friends, and acquaintances of the greatness of our God. God’s word does not change; we can depend on Him at all times because God is faithful and powerful.

The woman with the issue of blood for twelve years did not doubt for a moment. Even when the people from Jairus’ house came to tell him his daughter had died, Jesus said: “Do not be afraid, only believe” (Mark 5:21-36). Today, the enemy tries every way to bring doubt and distraction into people’s lives, but we must demonstrate:

The faith of David against Goliath

The faith of Hezekiah against Sennacherib

The faith of Daniel in the lions’ den

The faith of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego

The faith of Hannah, mother of Samuel

The faith of Mary, mother of Jesus

The faith of Bartimaeus, Abraham, and Moses

In doing so, doors will be opened for us and walls will fall, because faith moves mountains and demonstrates that we believe in the power of God. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be firm, constant, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord (1 Corinthians 15:58).

God does not forget anyone’s work. God is faithful, sees everything, and rewards everyone for what they have done for His Glory; with God, no one is forgotten. Let us continue to do good at all times because we are working for the Lord. There is no better employer than our God.
