Monday 30 October, Tuesday 31 October (Aruba), Wednesday 1 November (Curaçao) and Friday 3 November (Bonaire) 2023 will host the inspiring and interactive National Education Congress It’s a Caribbean place. The congress is the platform for professionals in education and childcare and provides a space for knowledge, encounter, inspiration and experience.
The theme of the congress is: craftsmanship is mastery.A skilled professional in education and childcare knows how children learn and, in connection with that, how to teach and supervise. The craft is needed to shape the lines of learning, to design lessons and to shape children in their development.
But even with years of training and experience, there is no such thing as mastery.
