PPA: Council of Advice Was Clear, LIM Law Should Not Have Reached Parliament Without Being Adjusted

Aaa1641

PPA fraction leader Eduard Pieters stated that since the Parliament began handling the LIM (Landsverordering Insteling Ministeries) law, the process has taken longer than necessary. According to Pieters, this delay occurred despite the clear advice from the Council of Advice that the ministerial portfolios should not have been presented to Parliament in the way they were.

He indicated that the Council of Advice recommended resubmitting the law in a more proper and appropriate form. However, according to Pieters, the government did not follow or respect the advice given and failed to implement the necessary changes.
