During the “Employee Recognition Event 2025”
Aruba Bank celebrated a special evening for 2025: the “Employee Recognition Event 2025”, held at Aruba Ocean Villas in a warm atmosphere with the theme “Cuban Night.”
The event brought together employees from all departments to honor and congratulate the talent, dedication, and operational excellence that drive the bank forward every day. During the event, Aruba Bank announced the winners of:
· Employee of the Year – Front Office: Ana Tse Mora
· Employee of the Year – Back Office: Randolph Ruiz
· Leader of the Year: Rodney Geerman
· Team of the Year: Contact Center
The bank is extremely proud of their achievements and the positive impact on customer experience, internal efficiency, and organizational culture.
