In the afternoon hours on Thursday 27 April, two people were stopped on a scooter in Neerlandia Street. Both were prohibited from driving without helmets. In the early hours of the night, a patrolman spotted a scooter driver driving without a helmet on Beni Street. When he saw the police, he increased his speed. He was immediately given a signal to stop and after further inspection it turned out that he was not
There were no insurance papers and no valid license plates. The driver was prosecuted for driving without a helmet and for the aforementioned offences. Moments later, a scooter driver stopped on International Street for a checkpoint as if he and his passenger were not wearing helmets. During the check it turned out that the driver did not have valid insurance papers. The driver and the passenger had a verbal dispute.
