On the Brink in Deventer, on Sunday 25 May, from 10 am to 1 pm, there will be a ‘national’ art market with artists from all over the Netherlands. Gustave Nouel (www.gustavenouel.nl) is (once again) a specially invited artist to share his ‘ODE TO REMBRANDT’ street painting performance with the audience. On the Brink, DAK members (https://www.deventeramateurkunstenaars.nl/) who have followed ‘street portrait workshops’ with Gustave Nouel in recent years, will also delight the audience as ‘luxury street artists’ with street portraits, for a voluntary contribution!!… Artists’ association DAK has asked GN as a supervisor, especially because of his famous ‘street portraits’. In his younger years, GN gained a lot of experience on the streets and on squares in various countries, among street artists and street painters from all over the world. There, GN was able to delight many people with his ‘street portraits’. In recent years he has been sharing universal ‘secrets’ of street artists with the DAK members. DAK will also present itself on the Brink (together with Gustave) with other works of art and various DAK artists will be at work. Artists of all levels who have art as a passion, from beginning artists to art teachers and academic artists are members of DAK, where Gustave and other recognized artists/teachers guide passionate member artists in various disciplines.
