Every quarter the Minister of Finance publishes an “’uitvoeringsrapportage’ (URK)” which gives an overview of all financial information of the country of Aruba. The URK contains information on the implementation of the 2023 Budget and provides a comprehensive view of revenue, expenditure, debt, efforts to reduce personnel costs, financial management, liquidity status and all other relevant information of Aruba’s public finances.
Every quarter the Minister of Finance sends the URK to Parliament. CAFT also hosts the URK to provide feedback on the report. Parliament also receives the advice/opinion of CAFT to have a complete view of Aruba’s public finances. The URK is a public document and is published on the government website so that the information is accessible to everyone. It is available at www.gobierno.aw
