On Wednesday, August 5, in a successful collaboration between the Narcotics Unit, the UGC (Organized Crime Department), the Coast Guard, the Arrest Team, and the K-9 Unit, a large quantity of drugs was confiscated at sea, consisting of marijuana and cocaine.
In connection with this case, the man with initials E.R.G., born in Colombia, was arrested that same evening. Subsequently, a judicial search was carried out at a plot of land in Seroe Blanco. During this action, three undocumented persons were detained and handed over to Guarda Nos Costa.
The Narcotics Unit continued to work tirelessly on the case, and today, Thursday, August 13, 2026, the Arrest Team arrested the man R.R.A.M., born in Aruba, at a property on Johan de Wittstraat. At the said property, the Narcotics Unit successfully confiscated a substantial sum of money.
