Carlos Pourier has been working for 20 years on Bonaire. Previously the former island territory of Bonaire, known since October 2010 as the Public Entity of Bonaire.
Carlos worked in various capacities in different departments of the Planning and Development Directorate. Carlos is an advisor to the nature and planning commission, street name commission, construction commission, central housing of the Public Entity Bonaire and the project group for large projects. From May 2016 to July 2017 Carlos was also portfolio advisor to Planning and Development MP, then Mrs. Rolanda Helburg-Makaai.
