Minister of Housing, Infrastructure and Telecommunications, Rene Herde, states that since recently assuming his responsibility as minister, he has encountered a very troubling situation concerning Aruba’s infrastructure. There is currently a significant backlog within this department, and according to the minister, this delay is unacceptable under any circumstance.
