The “Bacchanal” magazine exists so that everyone can know everything that will take place during the Carnival season. However, the new “Bacchanal” book comes with several positive changes. Friedrich “Chibi” van der Hans, author of the official Carnival book “Bacchanal,” is grateful and has received strong support from the queens and carnival participants of Aruba’s Carnival.
