Member of the Dutch delegation to IPKO, Songül Mutluer, expressed a positive impression following her visit to Aruba. According to the parliamentarian from the GroenLinks–PvdA alliance, there are “many good things” happening in Aruba that deserve recognition and encouragement.

Before the formal meetings of the Interparliamentary Kingdom Consultation (IPKO) began, the Dutch delegation met with the Government of Aruba and conducted various visits across the island. These encounters, according to Mutluer, provided a broader understanding of the local reality, both socially and economically.

“It is important that we not only speak in meeting rooms, but also see with our own eyes how Aruba is developing,” the parliamentarian stated. According to Mutluer, the visits demonstrated local initiative and a strong commitment to progress — something the Dutch delegation highly appreciated
