During the meeting, attendees received an explanation regarding the new digital system that comes into effect on October 5.
During the session, it was explained step-by-step how building permit applications must be submitted digitally in the future. Participants received a live demonstration of the application process. The required information and documentation necessary to submit a complete application were also outlined.

Based on their experience, they were able to share several key points of attention and ask questions about the new working method.

To ensure private applicants are also well-prepared, the Directorate of Spatial Planning and Development will provide explanations regarding the new digital system through various channels in the coming period, utilizing instructional videos among other resources.
