Reorganization of the Aruban Immigration has been completed. It was a long process and several high commissioners over the course of almost 10 years contributed, and we have known several organization reports and name changes of this department.
In 2014 the process was initiated and today it culminated with the delivery of a total of 72 decrees, 11 for the colleagues and 60 for the other personnel who are part of the Immigration Aruba.
With this reorganization the legal position of each staff member is regulated and can begin to grow further. So, this reorganization provides much more perspective and a much longer career. In addition, the way has been opened to provide more training and more tools to carry out the work even better.
Congratulations as well as thanks to the entire management, Human Resources Department, all unions and staff for this wonderful achievement. After 10 years of immigration Aruba, it became officialized.
