During the Athletes’ Forum organized by the Aruba Athletes’ Commission (AAC), several workshops were held focusing on key topics relevant to all athletes.
One of these workshops focused on “Branding & Content Creation.”
The session was presented by Virginia Paragona, a young professional working in the field of marketing, who delivered a dynamic and engaging presentation filled with real-life examples of current athletes demonstrating what is possible in the world of personal branding.
She also explained the various motivations behind building a personal brand, why it can be valuable for an athlete’s career, and how it can help attract positive opportunities, such as potential sponsorships.
To wrap up, a contest was held where all athletes present at the forum could participate, putting into practice what they had learned during the workshop.
The Aruban Olympic Committee (COA) and the Aruba Athletes’ Commission (AAC) expressed their gratitude to Virginia Paragona for delivering an outstanding workshop filled with valuable insights that young athletes will surely benefit from in the future.
