Corendon Curaçao has entered into a partnership with At Your Service (AYS) to launch a large-scale training program for more than 200 employees. With this initiative, Corendon – the largest employer in the hospitality sector on Curaçao – aims to further enhance service and guest experience, while equipping its staff with additional skills.

The program consists of ten lessons, divided into two tracks: a general hospitality training and a bartender course. The training focuses on guest experience, professional appearance, guest
interaction, teamwork, respect, and specialized hospitality knowledge. In addition, attention is given to practical skills, real-life workplace situations, and directly applicable tips.

“With this partnership we are not only providing our employees with extra knowledge and skills, but also ensuring that our guests enjoy an even warmer and more professional experience,” said
Corendon’s founder, Atilay Uslu.

The training sessions will be conducted by At Your Service, a company specialized in recruitment and training within the hospitality sector in Curaçao. As the only accredited trainer in the Caribbean region, participants can earn an SVH-recognized certificate, highly valued across the industry.

Ron van der Velden, owner of At Your Service: “We are proud that Corendon has entrusted us with
this extensive training program. Together, we are raising the standards of hospitality on Curaçao.”

The first training sessions will begin in September 2025.
