MetaCorp, together with the Beyond Sports Limit Foundation, is very excited to announce a unique event taking place across the three ABC islands for the first time. Carrying the slogan “Beyond Sports Limit Foundation & MetaCorp making a difference,” the Beyond Sports Limit Foundation will embark on an extraordinary challenge, which involves running three marathons in three days across the islands.
The MetaFit Walk & Run 2026 event will take place soon on June 28 in Aruba. To promote greater inclusion within our special needs community, Beyond Sports Limit Foundation, with MetaCorp as the main sponsor, decided to organize a three-day marathon challenge. They will run 42 kilometers in Bonaire on June 26, followed by another 42 kilometers in Curaçao the next day, and will complete the final 42 kilometers in Aruba on Sunday, June 28, during the MetaFit activity.
During the races in Bonaire and Curaçao, they will run using three special chairs. Two special athletes from Aruba will participate in the challenge, while a local special athlete from each respective island has been invited to be part of the experience. In Aruba, the marathon will conclude with five special athletes. Although the Beyond Sports Limit Foundation has previously participated in various events across the islands, this is the first time a challenge of this magnitude is being organized consecutively on all three islands over a period of three back-to-back days.
Working with a “buddy system,” each special athlete will be accompanied by an athlete from the Beyond Sports Limit Foundation. These companions ensure that the special athlete can fully enjoy the experience while maintaining all necessary safety measures throughout the route.

The Beyond Sports Limit Foundation was founded in November 2022 by Brainer Lampe, inspired by Dijondrick Jacobs’ ideology that every person, regardless of their limitations, should have the opportunity to pursue their passion, fulfill their dreams, and push past their own limits. Today, the foundation has 44 special athletes, 13 volunteers known as “buddies,” 5 wheelchairs, 3 special bicycles, and 2 special kayaks. Since its inception, the organization has counted on the unconditional support of MetaCorp in all its projects, allowing more people with special needs to actively participate in sports and recreation.
