The demand for housing is high, and we can no longer turn a blind eye to this situation

Rene Herde 1

Minister Rene Herde states that when examining the income distribution of our citizens, there is a significant shortage of salaries that are high enough to afford a house. More than 60% of our population lives below the level needed to survive, around 2500 to 3000 florins, making it impossible for this group to purchase a home. The demand for housing among this group of people is high, and the demand among young people is also increasing.
